Tom has been an important part of our team, working closely with our Registered Manager and the wider staff team to provide valuable guidance, reassurance and professional insight. We recently received a Good rating in all areas from Ofsted, a fantastic achievement to which Tom's guidance and involvement have contributed positively. Since welcoming our first young person in the summer, Tom has shared practical ideas on how best to understand and meet their individual needs. We have seen a huge turnaround in the young person's behaviour, with no police involvement or behavioural incidents to date. Tom's experience and suggestions have helped us develop effective strategies and maintain a consistent approach, leading to positive outcomes for the young person. Tom is always at the other end of the phone when we need him, providing reassurance and advice. He also brings plenty of smiles and laughter to the team, helping create a positive atmosphere even during challenging times. His approachable nature, reliability and genuine commitment to the home and the young person are greatly valued by us all.

Tom made the Reg 44 experience nice and calm and as if you were part of the team and home. Always spoke to the children and adults, including them on your visits was important to them and made them feel a part of the overall experience.
