Thomas is an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with over 14 years of experience working across residential care and secure settings. Throughout his career, Thomas has held a variety of roles including Registered Home Manager and Responsible Individual, supporting Ofsted registrations and guiding new home managers through the complexities of the sector.
Thomas has worked with a wide range of young people with diverse and complex needs — including Tier 4 step-downs, mental health, emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD), and learning difficulties. His approach is always person-centred, creative, and grounded in a genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of children and young people.
Beyond consultancy, Thomas is passionate about raising awareness and creating opportunities for children to thrive. He hosts a podcast supported by children in care, organises community events, and champions participation through sport — always striving to build positive relationships and deliver the very best outcomes for the children he works alongside.
